A Verdict does one thing that most operational content refuses to do: it takes a side.
For every operational challenge delivered in an Issue, the corresponding Verdict presents a specific Hard Question — the real-world situation where the framework is tested against competing pressures, time constraints, and imperfect information, and delivers a definitive editorial position on what to do and why.
Not "here are the considerations." Not "it depends on your context." A position, with the reasoning behind it, written for an operations leader who needs to make a decision by Friday.
Each Verdict includes three components. The Context section identifies the real problem beneath the surface question — which is often not the problem that was initially presented. The Our Position section delivers the recommendation with explicit reasoning. The Operational Implication section covers what implementation looks like and what the consequence of not implementing it will be.
Verdicts are published every other Tuesday. One Verdict per Issue.
Visual Frameworks
Every framework delivered in an Issue exists as a Visual Framework in the HQ Vault — a single-page reference architecture designed to be used during implementation, not just read during learning.

What does the refund guarantee cover?

What happens to my HQ Vault access if I cancel my membership?
You retain full HQ Vault access until the end of your current billing period. Once the period ends, access closes. You can rejoin at any time, though the Year 1 founding member pricing lock applies only to continuous active memberships.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial of the HQ Vault membership. The HQ Score assessment, all Industry Articles, the complete Glossary, OFA-01, Issues 01–06 in full, V-01, VF-01, Part A of Issue 07 onward, and all 10 Dimension Pages are available free.
From Issue 07 onward, Part B is available with a free Ghost subscriber signup. Verdicts, Visual Frameworks, the complete OFA archive, Dimension View, and HQ Universe Reference Cards require a Vault membership.
Can I get an invoice for expense reimbursement?
