Pricing
HQ Vault membership is $29/month or $299/year during Year 1. Annual members receive 2 months free. Members who join during Year 1 lock in the current HQ Vault pricing for life, as long as their subscription remains active.
If you are unhappy with your HQ Vault purchase, contact us via email or website chat within 7 days of your monthly subscription or within 30 days of your annual subscription. The full amount will be refunded, no questions asked.

1) Do you offer a refund guarantee?
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee for monthly subscriptions and a 30-day refund guarantee for annual subscriptions. If you are unhappy with your HQ Vault purchase, contact us via email or website chat within the applicable refund period. The full amount will be refunded, no questions asked.
2) What does the HQ Vault include?
HQ Vault members receive access to every Verdicts, Visual Frameworks, Company and Character Reference Cards, Operational Failure Archives, and additional resources released during their membership.
3) What happens if I cancel after the refund window expires?
You retain access to the HQ Vault until the end of your current billing period. Please note that the amount paid is non-refundable once the refund window has expired.
4) How can I cancel my Vault membership?
All HQ Vault members can manage their subscriptions by clicking "Manage my subscriptions" under the settings option in their profile. For any queries related to cancellation or plan changes, please reach out at support@theheadroomhq.com.
5) Do I receive an invoice for expense reimbursement?
Yes. You can email support@theheadroomhq.com with your company name and billing address. The invoice will be shared within 1 - 2 business days.
