Register for HQ Score - Early Access

Every product in the HQ Store addresses a specific operational gap identified by the HQ Score.

What early access includes:

Immediate: OFA-02 (Southwest Airlines), OFA-03 (Knight Capital Group), and The Operations Leader's AI Evaluation Framework — subscriber-exclusive content available from the moment you subscribe.

At HQ Score launch: You are notified the day the HQ Score goes live, before the general announcement.

Note: You can access subscriber-exclusive content on Headroom HQ for free by registering for early access. You can login to Headroom HQ website with the same email you have used for early access registration to access the free subscriber-only content.

How the HQ Store works

There are two starting points, depending on where you are.

If you have your HQ Score priority focus areas:

You can navigate by dimension. Each dimension page lists the HQ Store products most directly relevant to that gap. Go to the dimension page for your highest-priority focus area and start with the product listed there:

• Go to your priority focus area's dimension page.
• Review the listed products for that dimension.
• Start with the product most relevant for your gap, then move to the comprehensive tools or bundles once you have used the product.
• Implement. Measure your results at the 90-day mark with a fresh HQ Score.

If you do not yet have your HQ Score or have registered for early access:

You can navigate by product type. Identify the type of operational tool you need — template, checklist, scorecard, or course, and browse within that category.

• Identify what type of tool you need.
• Browse the relevant product category.
• Select the product that most closely addresses your operational situation.
• Take the HQ Score after implementing to measure whether it produced measurable change.
