Priya Sharma manages returns and fulfilment coordination at Brightfield. She was one of three people processing returns in three materially different ways before the Process Archaeology exercise — not because she was careless, but because she had been trained on a slightly different version of the same process by a different person at a different time. Priya brings institutional knowledge, operational accuracy, and a specific capacity for cross-training that made her the natural partner for the SOP review and retirement work and for the customer communications gap identified in the inside-out/outside-in scorecard.
