The HQ Vault members pricing is $19 for monthly plan and $199 for the annual plan, available to the first year only. All annual HQ Vault members receive 2 months free. All Vault members in the 1st year lock in the HQ Vault's current pricing for life, as long as their ongoing subscription is active.

We offer a 30-day refund guarantee for the annual subscribers and a 7-day refund guarantee for monthly subscribers. If you are unsatisfied with your HQ Vault purchase, email us at support@theheadroomhq.com within 7 days of monthly plan purchase or within 30 days of the annual plan purchase, and the entire amount will be refunded. No questions asked.
2) What does the HQ Vault include?
HQ Vault members receive complete access to every Tuesday issue, including Part 1 and 2, the Hard Question Verdict, all character and company cards, operational failure archive issues, and more.
3) What happens if I cancel after the refund window expires?
You retain complete access to your HQ Vault subscription until the end of your plan validity. The amount is non-refundable after the expiry of refund window.
4) How can I cancel my Vault membership?
All HQ Vault members can manage their subscriptions by clicking "Manage my subscriptions" under the settings option in their profile. For any queries related to cancellation or plan changes, please reach out at support@theheadroomhq.com.
5) Do I receive an invoice for expense reimbursement?
Yes. You can email support@theheadroomhq.com with your company name and billing address. The invoice will be shared within 1 - 2 business days.
