5-9: Builder Stage
- You're still constructing the basics, and that's normal at this point. The priority at this stage is documenting and structuring, not optimizing.
10-14: Systematizer Stage
- The fundamentals exist but aren't yet reliable enough to run without your daily involvement.
15-17: Delegator Stage
- Your systems mostly run themselves. The goal here is building the team's judgment, not building more systems.
18-20: Strategist Stage
- Your operation runs independently of your daily presence. Your highest-leverage work now is at the board/strategic level, not the operational one.
