Every Tuesday issue ends with a Hard Question—a real operational dilemma that has no obvious right answer. The free issue presents both sides. The Headroom HQ's team publishes the editorial position, including what the team actually thinks, stated without hedging, with specific reasoning on the topic.

The Founder’s Desk Notes

Before the public launch of every Tuesday's issue, HQ Vault members receive a 250-word note on the reasoning for why this framework was chosen, what was cut from all the previous drafts, and what the editorial team's unfiltered thoughts were when the issue was written. It is written in the same direct voice as the issues, without the editorial constraints of publication.

The Book Club

Every month, Headroom HQ's team reviews an industry-specific book relevant to operational professionals and publishes the book synthesis. The first 6 months of Book Club synthesis will be available for free on the website. The complete archive and all future synthesis are HQ Vault-exclusive.

The Character Board Vote

Every quarter, HQ Vault members vote on one fictional universe narrative decision. The vote result directly shapes the next case study featuring that company.

Founding 50 HQ Vault members rate is $19 for monthly plan and $199 for annual plan, available to the first 50 subscribers only. Once the Founding 50 access passes are sold, the standard rate applies. All annual HQ Vault pass subscribers receive 2 months free and lock in the HQ Vault's current pricing for life, as long as their subscription is active.

1) Is there a free trial?

2) What is the difference between the monthly and annual pass?

Annual HQ Vault pass subscribers have a 30-day refund guarantee, compared to the 7-day guarantee for monthly pass subscribers. Additionally, annual pass subscribers can lock in the HQ Vault's current pricing for life as long as they have an active plan and receive 2 months free with their plan.

3) What does the Vault include?

HQ Vault subscribers receive complete access to every Tuesday issue, including Part 1 and 2, Founder's Desk Notes, Book Club Synthesis, the Hard Question Verdict, the HQ Score Longitudinal Tracker, Character Board Vote, and more. We have multiple new launches planned for the Vault subscribers as well.

4) What happens if I cancel?

After the expiry of the refund window, you retain access to the HQ Vault until the end of your pass validity. The amount is non-refundable once the refund window expires.

5) Do I receive an invoice for expense reimbursement?

Yes. You can email support@theheadroomhq.com with your company name and billing address. The invoice will be shared within 1 - 2 business days.
