It was not a theoretical risk but an active failure occurring daily and costing the company approximately $12k/month. She brings it to Diana Reyes. She wants to fix it immediately.

Diana has two choices:

  1. Allow Anika to deviate from the observation-only protocol to address this specific urgent issue.
  2. Hold the protocol and address it herself while keeping Anika in observation mode.
