Definition
The composite operational maturity score across all ten dimensions is the single number produced by the full HQ Score assessment that reflects how well an operation is built to scale efficiently and withstand external scrutiny.
A single composite score creates a starting point for tracking operational improvement over time and a point of comparison against the fictional universe's six companies, each of which has a scored profile. Without a composite measure, operational maturity improvement is anecdotal.
